Thank You for Being There

Dining Room Guest

This week, we heard from Stacy, a guest who used to eat in SOME’s Dining Room. Thanks to you, she got the help she needed at SOME, is back on her feet, and is now a donor! In her words, “thank you for being there” when she needed you most.

SRO health fair

Healthier, Happier Lives

On October 14, SOME’s Adult Housing programs held their first ever Resident Health Fair. It addressed a wide variety of health issues, including diabetes, hepatitis and mental health. More than 100 participants enjoyed presentations, received information and resources from SOME’s Clinics and partner organizations, and enjoyed delicious smoothie samples.
